MEMBER LEVELS

Active Membership

$100.00 is open to any physician, nurse, pharmacist, physical therapist, allied health worker and hospital administrator who is interested in surgical recovery. Any other individual with an advanced degree (MS, PhD or equivalent), who is affiliated with an academic department and is interested in surgical recover, is also eligible for Active membership. Only Active members of the Society shall be permitted to vote, hold office, and serve on the Board of Directors.

Resident Membership

$25.00 is open to any physician who is in full-time training in an approved residency. Except as provided in the Bylaws, Resident members shall have all of the privileges of active membership.

Benefactor Membership

$1,000.00 is open any individual, company or corporation rendering valuable service to the Society as approved by the Board of Directors. A Benefactor shall not be permitted to vote, hold office, or serve on the Board of Directors.
